About this Unit
The purpose of this unit is to support successful workers and promote effective and ethical behaviours that will result in better work and live-life balance. Theories and concepts underpinning this subject are important for promoting inclusiveness and influencing others’ behaviours through fairness and transparency. This unit will promote an understanding of how actions and inclusive behaviour impact the organisation’s ethics and culture by emphasizing skills such as perception, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.
